Weaving!

Room 23 have been working very hard since Week 1 making this art project. We needed to show determination during the hard parts and not give up. We are all very proud of what we have done and learnt lots of art skills. Here are the steps we took when we made them: 1. Draw a hill or beach landscape on a paper plate 2. Go over the pencil lines in sharpie 3. Paint around all the little details and the background 4. Use coloured sharpie to colour in small parts. 5. Cut little slits around the edge to fit the wool in 6. Get brown wool to make tree branches and the tree trunk 7. Get yellow wool and weave it into the brown tree branches 8. Tie off each colour when you have finish and begin with another colour. Check out these photos! Weaving on PhotoPeach
